Shipping policy

Order Processing:
We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

   

   

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business day                         

Order Tracking:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Damages & Issues:
Dark N Glow is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at [Your Email Address] to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of our primary region. If we do ship to your country, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dark N Glow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
